Well, first off which of your guardians are Black guards?

Second, personally I would use my council for less of a close combat role, but what you have is fine for close combat (although farseers and warlocks DO only have 1 attack  )

If your taking storm guardians, I would prefer warlocks with enhance.

Dark Reapers are ok, I personally don't use them because they die quickly to things like auto/assault cannons.  

IMHO, I would replace the squad of Reapers with another Wraithlord and another Vyper or 2.
