I like this brighter background as well.
I thought the previous one was a bit clunky...a lack of a better word for it.

Miss type'd. Forgot to put a DON'T in there. As in I DON'T LIKE the new colors.

As to why they make my eyes hurt and a look forword to a recolor. lol

The update was fast, and didn't mess anything up, so I appreciated that. I'm not sure how I feel about the color scheme. The black-backdrop allowed more variation in colors utilized for text. For example I traditionally used a Pink text color because it matched my craftworld fluff/paint scheme, showed up cleanly and without much or really any difficulty of reading. Now however most of the colors are half-way unbearable on the white background, including my color!

Just my thoughts.
