Overall it seems pretty good.

One change I'd make is to drop the plasmapistols on the sarges in the tactical units and use the points upgrading a couple of the dreads to having heavy flamers. You can position these really well when you hop out the drop pods and get a lot of damage in with them.
Plus you don't want your sarges to kill themselves because that would be annoying...

Overall it looks great IMO, but I have a small unorthodox suggestion:

Have you tried putting Multi-Meltas on the two LC-Dreads instead? Technically, the MMs are better tank busters than the LCs, and with the Pods, the range won't be a problem. Also, the MMs are cheaper, so you can afford 2 Heavy Flamers for the Elite-Dreads.
