A number of people have complained about browsers crashing or being unable to view pages.  The cause seems to be older versions of Internet Explorer (thanks to Oink for sharing). 

If you are using Internet Explorer and experiencing these problems, try updating.

I am trying to track down the issue that people were having...

If you were having issues accessing the site with the "new" template, please post for me which Browser you were using and the version of the browser (for example, IE5, IE6, FF1.5, etc)
