I originally had a broodlord and retinue but i thought it might too risky in this list. I also think that my one dakka fex might not be enough, should i take out some gaunts to make room for another fex?

nice list.
one thing is you should put a barbed strangler and venom cannon on the fex.
about the gaunts its really up to you but i would drop some gaunts or hormogaunts for the 2 wpns on the fex. theres nothing better then getting 2 str 10 shots and a str 8 pie plate
