In the Games Workshop maasage board for Games Development there are some interesting posts on slight modifications to the rules for Eldar and DE.
The post "On shuriken catapults, Guardians and Dire Avengers" by Matata (that's me) and the most recent "[40k] FoF, 40k players, please give input". This is a chance to get GW to listen to Eldar players. Also some of the rules might need play-testing. I am going to try them as soon as possible. I would appriciate if you could help as much as you can.
