Topic: Help my orks arent orky!!!

beards on orks? thats radically new to me, id never even heard or seen anything like it lol... this a cool idea tho i might do it on specific models like a big mek, or nobs, or a painboss etc things like that the older... wiser (if that word can be used in regards to orks?) orks as it will separate them out from the others

orkeses are natuarlly bald and have squigs which represent hair.

I am not as good with green stuff as some of the others here, but I have come up with some very easy conversions.

I noticed that all the boyz with sluggas have a bent arm.  I wanted a boy with a straight arm that was in the process of shooting. Sooo...

I take the arm that holds a shoota and cut off the hand.  I then cut a gloved slugga hand off it's arm and glue it on the first arm.

The result is small but signifigant.

I also had an easier version of the charge conversion. 
just cut off the leg at a 45 degree angle at the hip.
Glue it back on rotated and poof.   he is charging.

My favorite conversion is for my burnas.
Orks should not have hair.
Orks with hair look dumb.
So, I cut the topknot off of their head and drill out an hole in the tip of a shoota.(the one with the drum clip.)  I glue the knot into the tip and paint it.  red then drybrush with orange and yellow.
