A real attempt to save harlequin's
« on: June 24, 2003, 03:35:34 PM »
If you really want to save the harlequins why doesn't a senior figure from Eldar Online attempt to get a battle report in White Dwarf with for example a petition signed online here and sister sites if they'll have it, it would really bring them into the light again and out of the webways ! :o !

To fight a battle report they would need rules for the harlequins, which would then really need to be re published somewhere.  It'd be very cool, but I suspect GW have all their battle reports worked out months in advance atm due to EoT.
A start might be to have a Harlequin unit join an Ulthwe strike force.

Andy Chambers said that they are working on Harlies at a Gamesday somewhere. Someone posted it in the rumors board.

I will attempt to play a battle with the troll-scenario and report it in. You do the same. All of you. The more such reports they receive the more likely it is that they will actually pay attention to any single on.
Just one, no matter what name it bears, is still just one; but a hundred, no matter who sends them in - that is something entirely different.

Lost Roads - finally released!

I hadn't planned on it, but you made a good point.  I think I'll do that.  It originally wasn't enough points for me, but it at least shows that people are paying attention to that troll magazine.

I will definetly try out my fictional writing skills on such a task when I buy the Troll off of my friend.  This was a good idea I never thought of.
