Just wondering it seems like a fun army to play, but not sure if it is too flimsy

As far as I can tell, this isn't a legal army.

If it is one detachment, then you have 3 HQ choices - not allowed.

If it is two detachments, you have an issue with the Troops choices - as by my understanding only the detachment containing Coteaz would treat Henchmen Warbands as troops.

Thus, you could only field a total of 8 Henchmen Warbands, only 6 of which could be Troops. (The other two would be a non FOC Elites choice in the 2nd detachment.)

Obviously, this also means that your 2nd detachment has no Troops choices at all, which is also not legal.

Also coteazs rule is that as long as he is in the army you can count all inquisitorial henchman as troop choices not just his

Where does it say it effects all org charts instead of just his own?

Plus, you can't put your 'Metal Box' squad in your metal box. Rhino's only fit 10, you have 11 in your squad.
