you shall not pass !!!!
ive seen many of your lists before and this one kind of is the worst. i think yoouve fixed your problem of the too many special choices but youve lost your second chariot. im not sure if this will work (don't see many harpies) but you might want to drop the harpies and add a second chariot plus maybe another 2 models to the executioners. i think you may want to rethink what you want to do here. you have about 7 models but the squad sizes are a little unballanced. you should go either cavalry and optimize on speed or troop and optimize on unit sizes. your choice and it also depends on what models you have. anyway. i hope i could help

brother spoke the four as one, together we shall rule, surrender to the Darkness within your heart knows true, and in this hand the sword of Khaine did promise power untold, As God of Light and God of Murder battled for his soul.
One by one the Daemons fell and Elf Lord he stood tall, For should he fail upon his task then the mortal world would fall.Upon the isle beneath the fight, wise mages cast there spells,And Daemon minions howled in anguish cursed to eternal hell

Forever in debt to your priceless advice
13 crossbowmen and 1 bolt thrower, that's rather useless. You should make a choice between more fast units or more shooting.

Like the club tie, and the firm handshake,
A certain look in the eye and an easy smile.
You have to be trusted by the people that you lie to,
So that when they turn their backs on you,
You'll get the chance to put the knife in.

how is it rather useless??
I dont get it, 26 Shots + 6 from the bolt thrower, My army is usually hand to hand orientated but I tried to include SOME shooting units and this is what I came up with...

The bolt thrower can be usefull, but taking 1 bolt thrower is hoping for luck.
You have 26 shots, but only 1 unit -> easy to stay out of los. The strength of your crossbows isn't wonderfull nor is the range, you also have a -1 to hit penalty(I'm not sure about that, I almost never play against dark elves, but I've played against other armies who only had 20-30 shots) and shooting is often over half range -> -2 to hit, that's also not wonderfull considering that you only have 26 shots.

Life is a bet at horrible odds.
actually usualy it's -3 to hit..,-2 on the first shot....long range, move, and then multiple shot.. (usualy you end up moving as that's the str. of the x-bow w/ the high speed of the elves.
You've got my opinions already on them. *Shrugs* the only effective use of x-bows i've EVER seen is running them forward, firing, then moving back and keeping up the firing with MASSIVE number's of shots (the guy had over 50x-bows) + the 4 reapers...
DE shooting requires a VERY commited effort. Your better to go for Shadow Warriors, pull the x-bows and the reaper and the harpies, and get a block of black gaurd or something.
or just pull the x-bows and put in a second reaper.
like i said tho, you know my opinion already. I like the list a lot better than the other ones, i feel it's very well rounded, and if a lack of flexability in models is a problem i think it's a solid list, and you should play test it as is. I think you'll find the shooting isnt' doing what you expect it to do though (unless it's to take out scouts/light calvery, thin down heavy calvery VERY Slightly) it wont' be touching blocks of infantry and most heavy calvery will waltz past it due to LOS restrictions. (your killing field will be VERY small) however, to hold a flank, the x-bows and the reaper are probably sufficient! =)
Nice list overall, very balanced, good comp.

Back after all these years...
Thanx for all ur replies, I get to play test this baby 2morrow (tuesday) and hope to do well. The Crossbows are for thinning down as u said and as I usually find, an enemy only ever has 1 really hard hitting unit, thats where my bolt thrower comes in. My list is mostly combat orientated (Chariots, Executioners and Corsairs) I think I will do quite well when I charge...
The 2 chariots wont leave each others' sides so they can charge 2gether. The Crossbows are also to help protect the bolt thrower should anyone come towards it...(miners etc.)
any more ideas anyone?
