Topic: Jetbike Autarch Mandiblaster conversion ideas.

So I've been going through some of my models that still need some work done on them and I found my jetbike Autarch I strapped/green stuffed a fusion gun to his left hand now I just need an idea for the mandiblasters because I'm unoriginal not very good at thinking creative ideas for conversions I thought I'd ask.
So far my ideas are:
Green stuff mandiblasters onto his collar/shoulders,
green stuff mandiblasters onto his laser lance.

I like the second idea the most gives more 'sting' with his lance as he charges through instead of pushing his chest out to shoot someone as he drives by 
So just curious as to what others have done if they could post their ideas for me please? Thanks!

Not the clearest pic, but it shows the mandiblasters:


I glued bullets from an ork gun to the side of the helmet and then greenstuffed around them to give a 'housing', pipes and blend them in with the helmet sides

I used a blob of Greenstuff on each side of the helmet (as shown in pic above)... then pocked in the tip of a round toothpick (cut down in size)  and allowed it to harden...

10 Second convertion, GS and Toothpick...

When its done it looks great.

Something I didnt consider was (I was given the official Autarch jetbike model so its not a conversion) cutting off his bare head and replacing it with a DA Exarch helm, this is why I wasnt too sure what to do with the mandiblasters (just mounting them on his shoulders/collar for example).

lor042s' mandiblasters look pretty awesome I'll ask my ork friend if hes got any bullets I could have, I also like Mocs idea with the toothpick so I'll try both out. Thanks guys!

Just buy the Autarch model that has the Mandiblasters on it, and a shining spears model. Use parts from both it looks great and looks better than the Autarch on jetbike model, which really doesn't look like an Autarch in my books.

If memory serves you'll have all the parts needed to make a Mandiblaster, Fusion Gun, Laser Lance + Jetbike Autarch for £16 rather than paying £18 for the official one that won't have a Mandiblaster helmet and has a rather weak looking laser lance. Plus you'll have a nice looking control pad for the left hand....very cool

Here's on I did awhile ago.  I used a Guardian body, with an Escher ganger head (old Necromunda model), + a lot of green stuff.  The mandiblasters and collar are all GSed on the model.

there are some bits on the dire avenger frame that are round, but flattened so they're not completely circular. they have a dent in them making them look like the barrel of a gun. i clipped them away and glued them to a DA exarch head. look pretty good.
