Great models, you and I have similar colors, lol. I like the seer and avvy pose.

First off, love the subtle colors, very creamy looking. Complimentary.

And Haunt, Holy cow! You got some work to do.

Myself, while working on my Nurgle I'm also doing my shining spears. Hope to have pics up soon.

It has been awhile, since I tabulated the points value. Around ~42k during 6th and 7th ed, not sure now.

Hi Tweedz!
You've done a remarkable job on the Wraithseer, mate. Smart choice of colors. Sharp, smooth and dynamic with the execution.

G'day Haunt!
42K in Eldar?... Niiiiice! I'm so jealous. Had to create an Epic army to have all those units in my collection.

I posted a pic long ago of my tournament ghost army before. :) Thanks, I started with an epic army till it died then I wanted regular size and bought them one unit at a time, then lo and behold I have a super-size army.

G'day Haunt!
We still have the occasional game of Epic in our gaming circle. To be honest, though, I still prefer the rules where we had to lay orders for every unit... Be well!

Hi all, long-time lurker, first-time poster.

I've been playing 40k a fair while now, and though have dabbled with Eldar a bit in the past, I've decided to give it a decent crack.

I've always love the wraith constructs, so I'm going to do Iyanden. I'm hoping they are decent when the new codex comes out.

These are first attempts:

Cheers

G'day Orange!
First attempts? Very, very nice. Tough army to handle from your opponents point of view as well. Welcome to the forum.

Wow! Killer work. Super classic paint jobs which I love. Wraithguard are probably the best units in the army right now so you chose well! Killer work can't wait to see more

That's some great paintwork on that Warlock!
Always loved the Iyanden colour scheme and to be honest I have a lot of respect for people that attempt it. Even with the improved Citadel paints it's not an easy one to paint!

Thanks guys!

I've heard wraithguard are good, and honestly after a lot of mediocre armies I look forward to one that's a bit stronger :)

The scheme is a lot easier than it used to be, but is still unforgiving as it takes a fair bit of work to fix mistakes. Hope to start a blog soon with my progress.

Cheers

Those Wraithguard and your Warlock are fantastic Orange! Very nice brush work indeed! Can't wait to see this army grow and I hope we see you over on the project boards sooner rather than later!*

My friend took a picture of this as I was dusting and getting to resume painting once again.

"Haunt's Ghost Army Soldiers"

He shared it with me and thought of sharing to you all. Part of my Ghost Army.

OH-MY-GIDDY-AUNT!
That's a lot of constructs, mate. Have you ever used all of them in an almighty big apoc game?

Yes, I have played a full weekend of Apoc long long ago, and had to go against 3 Fortress of Redemptions along with Dark Angels 5k, Blood Angels 5k and Space Wolves 5k. I played 15k worth of a Ghost Army.

By the conclusion of the fight, we were winning and 2.5 fortresses were destroyed along with Space Marine lives and Wraiths had to be re established to their new bodies.
