are LATD legal

can we use them anymore? if not, is there any kind of customization left with chaos? i mean since they stripped us of our books of chaos, while giving space marines entire separate codexs for multiple different chapters of theirs, not to mention inquisition armies, it seems we are almost as straightforward as playing 2nd edition ultramarine space marines.

Offically, not legal. But I still use mine and no one I game with cares.
