I have this idea    A long campaign using the engine of Civilization for Warhammer 40K.  Each race begins with one technology (Warrior Code=Gaurdian Defenders).  Using the Basic Eldar Codex, each Eldar Warlord must research new technologies, feed the population, and raise funds etc.  As new technologies are gained so are new units available (similiar to Civilization).  Warlords must also maintain their borders, conduct dipolmacy and wage war or sabotage against other warlords.  The goals is total domaince over a craftworld.  There are different phases; Research Phase, Order Phase, and Battle Phase.  All I need now is a club or group of Eldars players to play test for me.  Since I am the only Eldar player in my club I thought I would see if anybody was interest.

Interesting...I'd have fun with it, but it'd take a while, be hard to get players.

Yeah, I did have that problem  Oh well, another idea in the barrel.  Although a WH40K version of starcraft would kick butt.
