Painted some red dudes. Going for something table top worthy, any advice?

I think they look good for table top now, if you want to do work it is up to you. One easy thing would be to edge highlight all the red armor up one or two levels to make them pop a bit more.

Totally agree with Brash. They are definitely table top worthy. The next step would be to highlight the red and the black on the power armour, especially since we're dealing with primary colours. The blue and black helmets themselves seem highlighted sufficiently, I would focus on gold and red helmets, along with everyone's red power armour. That is if you want to step it up. As is, I would be happy seeing that paint job across the table from me.

Agree with the comments above, I think the camera also makes the models look a bit darker than they actually are. A little edge highlighting will help to define the details a bit more but they are looking good!
