Anybody here into comics? I used to be, back before I lost my mind and got married... :-X

If so, what's the most expensive book you own?

Was it printed in 1963, or so?

If it was, yeah, that would qualify... :o :o :o

My friend has an entire room full of comics. It would take years to read them all...

Does anyone read the Alien versus Predator series bu Black Horse?

I prefer Manga as well.  The book I paid the most for was the original printing of Masamune Shirow's Appleseed Book 1 Volume 1.  I paid about $10 for it at the time because it was out of print and the only way to get it.  Fortunatly, Dark Horse picked up the series and reprinted everything in graphic novel format.  That probably made my book worthless, but I couldn't care less.

On an unfortunate side note: Shirow has had a great deal of success doing covers and character designs and it is highly unlikely he will complete the Appleseed story line  :'(
