my army after three mos.
« on: June 4, 2007, 04:54:13 PM »
well here is my army after three months of work.  the list still sucks as I have no heavy support yet.  Been working hard on it though so I thought I'd share a pic of the whole thing.  I tried to make an artsy fartsy picture using the top half of a painting of mine for the background.  that part turned out okay but the army doesn't look great as I had to cram them all in and there is too much stuff to make anything focused.  You can barely see the two sniper drone teams and the Vespid but they are in there.  here we are:

very pretty!  (or fartsy, depending on how you'd like it described!  :D )  Love the background.

thanks muchly.  If you look in my signature under Tau, there are many closeups of the individual units as I painted them.

here is the painting by the way as crappily photographed in my living room:

part 2, the one I used for the picture
part 1
and the whole thing

Your army looks great from a Distance... How about a few close up pics?...

PS... Love the red, its compliments the Tau habit of borrowing some of the best Eldar (Saim-Hann) tactics (move-shoot-move,,, and Serpent (Fish) of Fury).... Oh, and the "Red" one always go faster too. No seriously, they look great.

Cheers and Happy Gaming.

Thread over a month old...... reopened with a one liner which should have been a PM...... already I can feel the blood pressure climbing so it's only two steps away from bleeding out my ear and finding half my body unresponsive.....    *click*.....
