Tanith , Cadia !?!?!

I'm Confused  ??? In the example Armies section at the back of the IG codex . Cadian troops and Tanith troops have 7 Doctrines !!! (YES 7!!) Does this mean I can make a Cadian or Tanith Army and choose 7 Doctrines or do I have to have the Doctrines already chosen at the back of the book??

The armies at the end of the codex are "special" and "example" armies. The lists that have more than 5 doctrines can only be used as such, and thus you can't change them. (Just as you can't change the wargear for special characters.
