How about this symbol?

The Khanda is the emblem of the Sikh faith, symbolizing the four pillars of Sikh belief. It consists of four symbolic weapons. In the center, the double edged sword, or khanda. Surrounding this, a circular quoit, called a Chakkar, a medieval weapon symbolizing the unity of God. On either side, crossed daggers, or kirpans, symbolizing spiritual and temporal power, respectively.

We could change it slightly.  Perhaps invert it and make the circle in the center a planet.  It would be like the Sword of damocles hanging over a world.  Maybe it could be the second damocles crusade.

I've deleted the second posting, but the system keeps screwing up.  Your post is listed twice as well.

I like I like!

Oh, and the system has been screwed for a while. It seems EO/40k.ca is getting too popular for it's own good, and the server is heaps slow.

I found a symbol that might be worth condsidering, but I'll need a quick tutorial on how to post a picture here.

Right, find the pciture, click propteries, and copy it's web address.

when you do a quote, you do this (quote) (/quote) (I replaced the [ with a ( so it woulded think I was trying to quote)

You do the same, do (img)web address (/img)

(remember to use the [ tho)

then it should work

There we go.

It's the 10th Corps army badge from the Federal Army in 1865.  It caught my attention so I thought I would let y'all see the symbol and see what ya think.  It looks pretty simple to paint.

the pic shows up as "Image hosted by Tripod" with it's symbol ;)

ps: Sheepz, if you type with nothing between them it doesn't post anything. handy hint for the future.

PT Warrior, the reason the first pic didn't show is you need the URL, not an address from your computer.
