Topic: can Marneus Calgar be decieved by deceiver ???

just another question out of my curiosity as my spacemarine player friends keeps on arguing that Marneus Calgar cannot be decueved and i will argue and so on and so forth until take out my gauss flayer and then started shooting him and he would take out his boltgun and the last time i went to his house i blew up half of it so i want to know the answer

Why would he not be able to be decieved? What is his argument? Can he point to a rule that states he cannot? If he can't point to such a rule that means there is no such rule, and he may be deceived normally.
