Its white dwarf  265 i think, with high elves on the front and a scene from lord of da rings on da back, and i think night lords or world eaters are best to play coz theyre kick ass ;)

the best legion would have to be the iron warriors or the night lords. Why? well the night lords under the belt aproch to fighting is greta fun and is a nightmare for IG armies as it kill stheir comm links and the iron warriors. Their sheer coolness. I mean the colour scheme, the tactics the funky tank; it all adds up.

The worst legion has to be the world eaters, this has nothing to do with the fact that i hate khorne. They are a one trick pony as they would say. Their tactics involve one word- CHARGE! BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD! SKULLS FOR HIS THRONE!!!!! it is just silly.

World Eaters are actually a lot of fun to play. There is a lot more diversity available than you might think. Sure, most of it is based in close combat charges, but it takes a lot of good tactics to keep your men from being blown out of the game before they reach the ranks.

I'd question Nurgle armies, except that I know they are great. Plague Marines in close combat are fierce opponents. Nurgle armies are very much like Khorne armies in that regard.

I think that it is silly to argue about "who is best"...because it all comes down to the general, the army selected, and luck.

I recommend that we ban all sort of discussion from hence forth.

I don't mean the best like in the best army who never loose or anything like that. I thought of the fluff, units and so on. I know no army is better than its general.

ifit's fluff you want, then  the Emperor's Children are geatt!!!  Fulgrim's glorious rise and meteoric fall could make for epic poetry.

For fluff...I think that the Thousand Sons are neat. Iron Warriors have a cool style, lots of firepower.

I've never seen someone do a non Thousand Sons looking Chaos army that is devoted to Tzeentch. hmmm.
