Stunclaws are fun, but not practical in a competitive sense, you really need Agonizers on those Helliarchs.

Also, I assume your putting the Baron in the 5 man squad, Baron works best in a large squad due to the bonuses he confers to the unit. Giving Stealth and re-roll crash tests to 5 models isn't good use of his points.

Here's how I'd personally run 1000 point barron

The unit with the baron in it could be run with a stunclaw though..

Baron doesn't have a power weapon of his own, the agonizer adds a little insurance to the unit

I know but you get plenty of attacks with splinterpods + charge with a decent sized units to make up for it.
But if you don't care about the Re-Roll to grab IC's out of CC at all, well then keep the Agonizer.

Well, I wasn't going to run the Baron in the 5 man Hellion unit. They were just there as a point-filler.
I have to admit, I like the look of your list more You raise a really good point about power weapons.
Though, I'm a little concerned about the lack of Flickerfields on the Ravagers. Aren't they a little flimsy to be without them?
Also, what would you recommend as their loadout? Disintegrators or Dark Lances?

Indeed they are quite flimsy without them, but 3 Ravagers without FF will outperform 2 Ravagers with FF.

If you want you can drop a Hellion from each unit to fit them on, or drop the Agonizer in Baron's unit, etc

Fiddle with the points till its how you like it

I don't think I'll be dropping anymore Hellions as they're rather flimsy too but what are your ideas on Dark Lances or Disintergrators?

You need the anti-tank. Hellions will tear up infantry if given the chance, you definitely need those 9 lances.

Basically dropping the grenade launchers on the units will free up points for flickerfields. You'd have to be super careful assaulting into cover tho, I don't think i'd be worth it. I'd stick to my original list but it's something you could play around with
