A Necron Army comprised soley of warriors, Lords and a Monolith is always a difficult army to go up against... and far too boring.
I have played a few games with a list similar to this one and have had a good amount of success.
I would suggest to you to split up the warriors into 1x10 man squads and 2x20 man squad. This will give you the option of having a 20 man unit in reserve with the monolith. If you are playing a scenario where deep striking is allowed, you should look to deploy the 10 man and 20 man squads on the table and hold the monolith and the other 20 man Warriors in reserve. When the Monolith becomes available DS it into your enemies lines, Deploy your 20 man warrior unit from the Monolith, Use you VoD to bring your Lord with a 20 man squad, Use you Guass Flux Arc to shoot @ every unit with in 12" of the base of the monolith, and rapid fire your two 20 man squads at anything that is going to be causing you problems in the near future (usually anything with good AP, Power weapons, or template weapons).
Also, lose the destroyer body on the Lord - you really don't need it. Think about some other wargear that will assist you in a counterattack from your enemy like Lightning Field, Gaze of Flame, Nightmare shroud (this is a good one if you are getting your lord "upclose and personal"), and chronometron are all good picks.
Well I hope this helps somewhat. If you have anyother questions, feel free to PM me or post a response here.

If you beef up your army to 2000 you might like to think about adding another Monolith.
