I am going to be playing in a tornamnet coming up and going to try a Seige style Harlequin Army if they allow.

The HQ's are going to be joining the Troupe Squads (1 each) and the Death Jesters and going to stay close to the Lords for his T8 3+Sv.

Basically I'm going to try the Seige tactic that is on this site by Infinity Circuit.  This is going to be my First game with the Harlequins and I figure that if any of my opponets remember what the Harle's were like wont expect this.  So if any of you have any suggestions on what I should or shouldn't have please let me know, oh and its 1500 pt armies so you know the limit, thanks in advance.

Drop the leaders for the squids and up the bodycount on them instead. The leaders sink too many points this way.
   Also consider getting a powerweapon and a kiss in each squad instead of just the kisses, as it will help you against such things as necrons.
