Drone controller and velocity tracker
« on: October 24, 2013, 04:33:23 AM »
Since the new Marine codex has been released storm talons have become the flier of choice for many at my LGS.
My question is if a commander with drone controller and velocity tracker joins a drone squadron and decides to shoot at a flier, will the commanders skyfire and drone controller special rules allow the drones to shoot at his BS or will they require snap shots?

Snap Shots. The model's BS (even if borrowed) is irrelevant when determining what you need to hit on a snap shot.

To further enhance Wyddr's answer, Skyfire is not a rule that is passed on to units joined by the character.
If there is anything that recent politics has taught us, it is that quotes taken out of context can mean what ever you want them to.
