Please  give some advice on this list as I am playing tommorrow against Tau

Elite 2 Oblitorators(1Squad)
Troops -- Squad 1   8CSM with HBolter and Plasma Gun ,MU,Bolters *6
Troops -- Squad 2   8CSM with HBolter and Plasma Gun ,MU,Bolters *6
Troops -- Squad 3   8CSM with 2 Flamers 6* Bolt Pistols & CC,MU
Heavy --- Squad 4   6CSM with 2ML 2LC 2 CSM with Bolters
Heavy----Predetor Tank LC and LC Sponsons with smoke Launchers

your lord need work big time. What are you using as a model I can help you when I know what you have,
 Maybe give one unit CSM MoTZ or MoN might shake you Opp a bit.Extra wound and S&P or t5 and true grit.
 Other than that it looks good as it is.
