anyway about the question, both are horde armies IMO (except certain types of guard like mechanized and armored company)
so the question is do you want lots of close combat or lots of shooting?
or a better question is do you want to paint lots of flesh or lots of green?
both armies are good, but it's an individual decision which to pick
