I recognize a few chapters you credit as your own having a rare mention in several books. There are also some, such as "Deaths Head" or "Death Heads" or whatever which are actually already names of other exsiting units, the "Deaths Head" or whatever being a Traitor Titan Legion. I don't think a self respecting Chapter would name themselves after heretics

Well to be fair I did ask if there were any that belonged to other as I had forgotten which one where mine and which ones I had pilfered from others so if you've seen them which ones are they and i'll go and change their colour.

Yes I thought I might have snagged the odd titan legion, its one of the pit falls of trying to colate a list like this, i'll change it though you wouldn't happen to know the names of any other titan legion would you as I suspect I might have included another one.

Did the White Panthers make the list? They're from the front of 3rd ED SM Codex in a fluff piece. Also, noticed some of your Angels of such and such, were (obviously unintentionally) snagged from Dark Angel and Blood Angel successor chapters.

No problem, there where actually a few I had thought I had come up with, but I was wrong so I changed them, though I still think there might be a few I have claimed as my own but which in fact belong to GW or someone else, so if you do see them let me know.

They are, which ones, I havent added the Fortis guys or techhunters yet, couldn't get on the board yesterday for some reason.

So wargamer, the ones you came up with, do you have any of the following information on them(and this goes for anyone else who suggested a chapter) I need the;
Home world, the sector the homeworld is in, and the segmentum
geneseed, which chapter had its geneseed donated for the creation of your chapter
Chapter colours, just the basic dominant colours are enough.

Here's some info on mine:
   Vulkan's Chosen - first & only known successor of the Salamanders Chapter. They currently have no Homeworld and as such are a Fleet Based Chapter that is currently serving in a campaign against Orks in a sector of space that is far away from any known Imperial Worlds of note but will at some time be granted a world (due to their valorious service during the campaign) that they may claim as their own and set-up a forward base from which the Chapter will be based.
The basic colours for the Chapter are as follows:
   Main Colour/Armour - Dark Grey.
   Shoulderpad Rims - Dark Red (about Scab Red if you want the GW Colour)
   Main Shoulderpad Colour (ie. the recessed bit between the rims) - Same green as the Salamanders so as to denote their linieage
   Company Colours - Displayed on the left kneepad and follow those set down in the Codex Astartes.
   Chapter Icon - a black talon and is displayed on their left shoulderpad.

Other Notes - Rumours abound that the Chapter was formed under special Orders from the Ordo Xenos Faction of the Inquisition and that the Chapter was created specifically for service in this campaign as current resources were stretched due to the conflict around the Cadia and the Eye of Terror. Such rumours are so far unsubstantiated but the Chapter does seem to have close ties to this particular faction of the Inquisition even though it is only new and has presently few battle honours to its name.

Just a quick question - have you added in all the Chapters that are listed in the beginning of the SM Collector's Guide?? Because if you have not already done this then and you don't have access to said book then I could list them for you and this will add quite a few to the total.

Rather than list them all check my list first and if I have missed any let me know, I do think that I have managed to gather most of the official ones though, of course there might well be some I have missed.

Yeah I meant that I would only list the ones that I did not already see there. All I was really wondering was whether or not you had used this source already and so me getting it and checking would just be a waste of time (yours too when I post Chapters that are alrady listed and I just don't see - which I guess may happen anyway but I was just trying to reduce the possiblility of it happening).
