What do you think about them?

I really like black Templars and salamanders. Characterful, but useful.

Ultramarines and Raven Guard look fantastic. The rest are okay.

Speaking as an Imperial Fists fan, giving the whole army Ignores Cover is okay, but cover doesn't seem to be as big a deal this time around. And, as usual, nobody uses buildings much, so whatever.

I've watched a few games, and it's not too uncommon for there to be a single unit or two in cover on one side. Like, a squad of devastators in a ruin. But cover seems way rarer now than it did the last time I was playing. I haven't seen anyone fielding a Building. "conditionally, you sometimes have 1 bonus AP quite rarely" is effectively what the rule is.

I think White Scars looks pretty good. Even if the bikers are already quite fast, I've seen charges make it or break it on an inch or two. Might be a difference maker.

Agreed that Ultramarines and Raven Guard both look really good.

RavenGuard seems a little too strong with no real down side at the moment, maybe there is an extra point cost or unit restrictions or something else to stop it from being abused.

The rest are OK because they either have a down side or require a roll to stop it from being over the top.

I'm very much doubting that the Raven Guard will have to pay anything extra over any other chapter. The fact that they have a black paint scheme and this rule means every tourney on earth is going to see a lot of primer with only eye sockets and metal bits painted spamming every table from Sydney to Nottingham.

Enjoy, everybody. :/

What is going to be especially hilarious to justify is how Raven Guard can get sneaky *Dreadnoughts* and Assault Centurions. Ironclads in particular are going to have a rather funny time walking up the table since they can combine the Tactic  Smoke Launchers, going "Waaagh! I'z a dead sneaky Beakie!" and being incredibly resilient to shooting unless your opponent gets close...where you want them.
