Well, what happened? We have gone through lots of problems in the past months, e.g. there were massive problems with the server and software, which made the boards extremely unreliable. There were tons of server timeouts, and browsing the forums, frankly, was a pain. These problems aren't completely solved yet, e.g. on IE the text of the forums of 40k.ca is all centered...
This made lots of people leave, EO/40K.CA has shrunk somewhat. At the same time especially the tyranid players (who aren't many anyway) have run out of things to talk about.
This might change soon though...we're working on big things.
