Topic: Need some help with a 500 point army list

My local store is having a 500pts escalation tournament starting 8-23.
I've been playing with differnet lists and don't know which one seems the most well rounded. 

HQ

5 Warriors   :175 pts

Scything talons, deathspitter, adrenal gland +1 ws, Enhanced sencses, and toxic sacs

Troops

6 Genestealers  :96 pts
18 Spinegaunts : 90 pts
14 Hormagaunts : 140 pts

Secound list is

HQ

3 warriors    : 152pts
deathspitter, scything talons, +1 ws, +1 bs, Extended Carapace, toxin sacs

troops

7 genestealers : 112
16 spinegaunts : 80


and

Carnifex  : 156
twin-linked devourer, scything talons, +1 ws, +1bs, +1 save, +1str, and tusked

Just intrested to know what you people think.  Any tweeks or any alternate list all together, please let me know.

Try not to mix roles on your warriors. Decide if you want to use them for shooting or CC and then give the mappropriate biomorphs for that role.

I like shooty ones and equip them like this: scything talons (just because it's cheap), deathspitter, toxin sacs and enhenced senses.

The same goes for your carnifex. Don't split roles!Also, IMO he have to many upgrades for this point-lvl. Make everything as cheap and effective as possible

Ps. You will encounter some vehicles in 500 pts so remember to have some kind of anti-tank in your list.

thank you.   I streamlined my army added in 2 zoanthropes to take care of vehicles and help with synapse. I won the tournament and got a blackreach box when the come out for the prize.
