they have the "salamander" green, but thats where the similarites end. If you had to worry about looking like another chapter, you would'nt be able to do black templar and raven guard or any other couple chapters that have similar color schemes. And when you think about it, how can you get around using the same color as an existing chapter? All the basic colors have been taken by one or the other. Yours are fine, the green is similar, but you've made enough differences with the complimentary colors to get above it.
