Shadowseer in an eldar army.

seeing as how I could Take A shadowseer as an elites choice, could I put it with other eldar troops? such as banshees, or a storm squad? both of his powers absouloutly Kick anus! and are deth jesters allowed to join squads? and if so, can they join individual squads?

Yes you can.  He's an independent character and gets their rules.  I used to use one in my DE army with the HQ.  
Why kill a man when you can make him homeless?

Sorry but a"yes you can" will not suffise I believe.

Yes you can have a Shadowseer join another CWE unit. Yes he does count as an elites choice. And Yes, Death Jesterzs follow all the rules for individual Characters, so they can join units. Furthermore, since a unit of 3 Death Jesters actually consists of 3 individual Characters they can all join different units.
