Hmmm This squad needs support. 6-7 assault marines + death company aren't enough bodies to carry out a successful assault.

I think this part of your army needs more work to become effective. Tactical squads are where the game is won and lost. What is the function of these units. Are they dedicated assault or fire support. Your assault element(DC and assault squad) is too small to function independently. I see that the tactical squads have bolters. This means no fire and Assault. So while your Assault squad and death company are fighting it out totally outnumbered against the core of the enemy army these guys sit back and fire off a few bolter rounds. Hmmm.
A couple of fire support squads (6 men Las Cannon and Plasma gun) would be good but your really need something that can follow up and join the assault. I don't know if BA can equip their squads with BP and CC but this is important. If you cant then go for scouts or veterans or something else that is more assaulty.

I think that you will have to let one of these go in such a small game. 2 tanks would be fine in a sit back and shoot style of army, but you really need to spend these points on more bodies. Perhaps a dreadnaught with CC and assault cannons would be a better mix of firepower and assault for this army.
Summary
I would drop the Annihilator ( and possibly the assault marines) and spend those points on upgrading you troop department to include at least 4 squads. This could include more fire support ( heavy weapons and Plasma guns), but definately requires some squads with BP and CC that can charge forward to support the death company. The other advantage of this is it increases the chances of picking up free members for the death company.
