give an award
« on: March 30, 2005, 04:40:42 PM »
okay here is how this works you give the person who posted before you an award(ex. Moonsinger gets best smile)  based on how they act on the board, there personallity achievemts and so on. just try to keep it in good spirits.

you must wait for three other people to post before you do again.

The award for split personalities (good poster/serial spammer).

[Mod]I don't think I need to warn people to keep this civil, any insulting awards will be deleted on sight and if they are common the thread will be locked.[/Mod]

(All he has to do is add award at the end, and I doubt anyone's that bothered.)

Award for most insistant spelling of one's name.

Award for being a very dangerous squid capable of killing goes to....

It is pernicious nonsense that feeds into a rising wave of irrationality which threatens to overwhelm the hard-won gains of the Enlightenment and the scientific method. We risk as a society slipping back into a state of magical thinking when made-up science passes for rational discourse. I would compare it to witchcraft but honestly that's insulting to witches.
