Tau Battle Suit Item Limits

Hey people I'm sure the answer I'm looking for is on this site somewhere but is there a limit to how many battlesuit support systems etc. can be put on to a battle suit other than the 100 point limit. Cuz you guys talk about hard point slots or something like that, and its got me a bit confused.

Help the new guy out please guys?

You may put three different support systems on a Crisis suit if you wished. I use the term hard point as a weapon or a support system may be mounted in that location.
