Pretty nice list. Just one or 2 things though...

- Your troops are not enough to be footslogging... instead of 3 , 6 men squads i would take 2, 10 men squads.
- Troupe leaders are not worth it except in higher point games or if you take a neuro-disruptor and anyway, for one of the squad, you will have a great Harly walking with them
- You need domino field for the Solitaire at least (maybe the great harly too)


You might take a look at the rules for mimes (CJ 44 if I remember correctly) they could a nice addition in your list because they can infiltrate and have more neuro-disruptors (oh and they are cheaper than troop if you look at CJ 50)

I agree with dinedal on the squad sizes for foot slogging, and if you do footslog you may want to consider a shadowseer over a great harlequin for the added safety at range.  while size 6 will be easier to hide you will start loosing them much quicker to fire and morale)

i'd put some kind of grenades on your IC's, and maybe troupe leaders as well.
