Harlequins and Exodites in Kill-team
« on: February 17, 2004, 11:42:42 PM »
Well, it seems that Phil Kelly has left us out of Kill-team... oh, well. Time to do something about it.

Harlequins
A single squad of Troupers can be used as an elite Kill-team with 130 points to spend on it's operatives. Harlequins are never goons. They are too good.
Numbers (how many goon squads)
Space Marines: 5
Chaos Space Marines: 5
Eldar Guardians: 9
Ork Boyz: 7
Dark Eldar Warriors: 8
Termagants: 8
Tau Gun Drones: 5
Necron Warriors: 4
Imperial Guard: 12
Inqisition Stormies: 6
Note that Harlequin Troupe Leaders cannot take D-fields as the miasma of crystal shards would certainly attract more attention than a basic holo-field. If the d-field was tuned down, it would only be as effective as a holo-field anyway.

Exodites
A squad of Cloaked Ones can be used as an elite Kill-team with 160 points to spend, or Scouts (7) can be used as a basic team.
Numbers (Cloaked Ones/Scouts)
Space Marines: 6/5
Chaos Space Marines: 6/5
Eldar Guardians: 10/8
Ork Boyz: 10/8
Dark Eldar Warriors: 10/8
Termagants: 12/9
Tau Gun Drones: 7/6
Necron Warriors: 5/5
Imperial Guard: 14/10
Inquisition Stormies: 8/6
If Scouts are used, one model in the Kill-teamwill have an Eldar Long Rifle.

Well, that's about it. Please comment, and tell me if there is anything on the lists more suited to infiltrating as I don't have the Exodite list in front of me, and I didn't use Mimes as there are two different ways of portraying (EO and CJ list).

Are we as offensive as we might be?
