75PL list for eldar Comp - True MechDar
« on: August 6, 2017, 12:04:20 PM »
So this is my list for the Eldar comp. Seeing as we are all one now, I hesitated to run this list as it has no craftworders, but having read another thread that talked about how it's ok to run mixed etc lists, thought I'd throw this in anyways and see how it fares.

I actually really like this list, and may pick up a few models to make it work for me IRL

So here is the True Kin's take on the Mechdar list

Tactics and the like

Set up sees the Hamey going into a raider with the smaller squad while the larger wrack squad takes the other one. Reverse Flank setup again.

Turn one will see all firepower directed at the enemy anti-armor weaponry. Voidbomber is there to help clear out infantry, as are the wracks, who will try and get some chain reactions going off their ossifactors. For those of you not aware, an ossifactor wounds on anything but a 1, and raw, has a 50% chance to have a model killed by it exploded, causing a mortal wound. Should that kill a model, there is another 50% chance and so on. So trying to get some chain reactions set up from these is their primary role turn 1/2. They will move to attack in cc by turn 3.

Most other vehicles will simply focus fire, using their speed to minimize return fire. Any badly wounded ravagers will rush forward to block LOS and try and engage shooting elements in CC
So, what your saying is it's not your fault you look stupid by using words you don't get?
Flawless logic.
