Topic: Two questions

I'm quite new to the game. So far I've decided I wanna play Eldar (I ought to, since those are the models I've bought). I'm leaning toward Ulthwe, but will also try Biel-tan once in a while. Anyway, here's the questions:

1)
The banshee-mask has a text saying "always hist firt, unless the enemy has a power that...". What's the effect on banshees vs. units in cover? Does cover count as "powerful enough" to hit simultanious with the banshees?

2) Is warshout cumelative? I.e. if I have a court of the young king consisting of only banshees, all with warshout, does this mean that the attacked unit has to pass 5 leadership tests, and get -1 per missed one? The same effekt could probably be reached by attacking a unit with two different squads of banshees, both with warshout on thge exarch...

ok here goes.

1.) banshees will hit first against a model in cover.
the enemy must have a specific ability to negate this.
even then it wouldn't superced this so both would then strike simultaineously.

2.)no.

1) Always first. Even versus cover and higher Initiative. If the enemy has a special (such as Dark Eldar wyches on drugs), you strike simultaneously.

2) I lean towards yes. Since, they ARE 5 different shouts and you pay the cost 5 times. I'd even say they could get their WS lowered by more than one point as well.
