Alright guys I have heard that you can use a lemun russ tank inside of a Harly Army beacuse it is 'looted' or stolen.  Ive also heard that you cant and where does it say you can use it?  Is this something someone made up or is it real.

harlequins could do it during the days of RT but thats as much official looting i know of.  EO revision has looting but thats not official.

It was an older article by our former moderator "The Mighty Brain" that we "translated" into the EO Revision. It was based on the original RT-list for Harlequins where it was in the original concept.
