Topic: Whats the best dice roll you've ever had?

This just happened last night.  I was playing with my ork slugga boyz, and decided to shoot at his tank's rear armor.  I needed 5s to hit and 6s to glance.  One shot managed to achieve that (out of 25).  I then promptly rolled a 6, destroyed the tank.  The tank was a Leman Russ (not demolisher).  The next shooting phase, I had a big shoota, shot at the rear armor of a Leman Russ Demolisher.  All hit, all got glancing.  That tank also was destroyed.  I won.

Plenty of 6's when shooting Heavy Bolter Sponson's of a Vanquisher at a Necron Lord - and killing him and his bodyguard in two turns - he assualted the Vanquisher and did not hurt it at all

One assault marine vet sargent (power weapon and bolt pistol) charges into a necron warrior squad of 12  he hits 4 times and wounds 4 times, not to mention they broke i caught them and consolidated into a bunch of immortals.

This one didn't happen to me, but it happened to a friend of mine.

My friend was using SMurfs, and he was playing a DE player.  A Raider flew right in front of a Tactical Squad, and the DE Warriors in the Raider killed all of the Marines except the Sarge.  In the SMurf shooting phase, the Sarge shot the Raider with has bolt pistol, destroyed it, and killed most of the DE inside it.

This wasn't really lucky, but it was damned funny.

For 3 turns, a warrior squad and the Archon was fighting a souped up hive tyrant. The archon occassionally wounded it, and the tyrant bounced off the shadowfield. Then, alas! My archon was felled by the awesome power of the hive tyrant. The hive tyrant was killed by a warrior (6 to wound, 2+ armour save), in the same round. My victory was inevitable, but it was really funny. The American guy (opponent) kept saying "figures" over and over.

I was at Conflict Northampton, I played a Death Guard army second round.

My winged tyrant swoops up and attacks his Havoc squad, killing everyone but the Champion who had a power weapon. After a few turns of very little happening, he charges me with his Defiler. I of 6 so I went first. Defiler goes down instantly, meanwhile the Champion nips round and takes off the last wound with his power weapon.

That was a good game...

played against a buddy's eldar at a recent tournement, and i was doing worse than a fat man trying to roll himself uphill... when he charged one of my nearly dead bloodletter squads (2 daemons left) with two (of his three  ) wraithlords. they miss with all but 2 of their attack, which then fail to wound. so i go ahead, and with 4 attacks needing 4's then 6's to wound... kill one. next turn i didnt wound the other and lost 2 letters to the remaning WL and rolled two sixes on my instability. rolling high sucks sometimes...

I took down a defiler and a predator with a squad of 3 genestealers (in 3rd edition), i rolled sixes for EVERYTHING!

"a 6" could least tell us the story behind it?

i seen my friend who playes IG take out 16 models first turn with shooting at tau but thing is thats not counting tanks...
he rolled lots of 5s and 6s!! it was crazy
