Eldar player looking to branch out...

Hi, I'm a semi-experienced Eldar player looking to start up a small Tau army.  My main opponent is SMurfs.  Here's my lists:

500 Pts  -  Tau Army (40k in a Flash rules)

Well I've been in your shoes, so to speak.  I to am a former eldar player.  Well anyways, you dont have to be so specific when writing down an army list, the format you used it way too long, keep it simple so we can look over it all easily.  In any case, they all look fine, but in the 1000pt list, were you planing to have one squad of crisi suits or many single man crisis suits?  If their single man squads then the target lock is a waste, and if thier all in one team, then id suggest spliting them up.  By doing this they can cover more of the board and utalize more cover, which is essential for crisis suits.

if they are a team, remember, you don't need target locks for all of them, one fires with the squad while the others can use target locks, that hard point on the first one can be used for something else.
