It is the 51st Millennium and for the first time in remembered history the universe knows peace. At first many people (Excluding the Orks) rejoiced at the thought of it and soon whole cities comprised of every race and faith were born. It didn’t take long however before everyone realised, peace is boring, and unrest began to build in the lower classes as their boredom grew, the now useless warrior class soon joined in.
The Highlords of Terra in a desperate bid to maintain the peace, and fund the Emperor’s latest science project, created the Coliseum now the most viewed Warp-vision show in the Universe. Warriors from every planet, every race and of every creed would come together and in these one on one gladiatorial combats would attempt to earn their fame and fortune.
The battles started as merely a fight until one was left unconscious or so broken and bloody they had to surrender. This is still the case for the most part, however sometimes as a special treat for the bloodthirsty crowd there will be a fight to the death where true legends of the arena will put it all on the line.

Hey guys,
So this is basically an arena game, but no dice rolls. This game is for the writers. Each fight is presided over by me the GM and this is how it works:
Player1: Attacks
Player2: Defends
Clearly they'll be written a bit more indepth than that and then the GM will post to decide what happened based on the quality of the writing. This does not mean who ever writes the biggest essay is going to win, it just means whoever can write it in a way that I can really picture it, chances are their attack will go through.
