Needed to get some models together for a tournament, and I'm pretty pleased with the results.

Borrowed the thunderwolf scheme from the August 9, 2014 issue of WD.

I was very pleased with the basing as well; that's the Resin sand medium from Liquitex.

Looks fantastic. Love the grey blue on the Marine's armor BTW. I tend to see a huge variety in the way people paint the armor and I really like your approach. The T-Wolf looks fantastic too. Nice job on the fur... yeah the WD paint splatter articles really do help. Nailed it. Also the base looks really, really great. Love the small patch of snow... great tundra effect. Keep it up!

Armor:
Prime: White
Basecoat: 50/50 mix of Russ Grey and The Fang
Wash: Naggaorth Nightshade (primarily for recesses)
Layer: Russ Grey (avoid recesses)
Highlight: Fenrisian Grey.
