is this Legal?

*Drone Link with gun drones (22)
*Target Lock(5)

I saw this on a website it was some guys army and wondering it that was legal to have?

Yep, it's legal. Remember that each  suit have 3 hardpoints, and may have one hardwired system. A commander may have 3 hardwired system.

You can't have more than 3 hardpoints. But You can still have hardwired support systems, remember that you need a teamleader in Crisis and broadside teams to take hardwired systems. And only ONE system per Shas'ui/shas'vre. Shas'els and Shas'os may take up to 3 systems each.
