Do you have to buy GW:s battlewagon upgrade pack to get the deff rolla

Do any of you have tips on how to make your own deff rolla´s

And there is another bit that you need to build the kannon/zapp-gun/lobba tower, is that bit really so important

If you´ve had the same problem, please help me

The battlewagon box doesn't have a rolla in it.  They did release a rolla bit, I think it's on the GW website.  There is an included gun emplacement in the box set for a kannon or zapp gun.

There's tons of ways to make a def rolla.  I'd start with a cylinder and add sharpened sprue pieces as spikes, maybe wrap some chains around it.

A bit like this. I used four caps off hand soap refills, and then bent plastic sheets over it in various places to make them look like riveted sheet metal, I then found some [ shaped plastic and chopped sections off on 45 degree angels to make the sharp points. If you cut out a section of the front armoured prow of the GW Battlewagon you just need some sort of spinny attachements on each of it, which can then connect to the prow.

For those not in the know, I'm a scrap converter, I turn junk into models.
