Interesting. If this becomes a reality I wonder what excuses the UK Goverment will come up with to make sure they don't lose any of the revenue generated by fuel sales.

This sounds intresting I'm looking forward to see how things ard going to change following such a discovery, if things ever change (gas company are so important i wonder if such an invention will ever see the light of production).

That's immensely interesting. Can't wait to see the wider implications this hold though.

Hmmm yes, really interesting.

But their output isn't up to much in terms of production at the moment, and you have to wonder what price this super-clean fuel will sell at?

In England for example, you will often pay more (sometimes a LOT more), for free range eggs or Organic foods, even though both require fewer processes to produce.  If it's enviro-friendly you will pay through the bloody nose for it, believe me. :-\

That's quite common. The production costs are generally higher, the production units are generally smaller and so the bottom line is generally higher, and lastly there's generally a larger degree of spoiling with ecological produce.

It's perfectly possible that this will go nowhere, but I have no idea at the moment.
