An overall good list.
I would put the kroot in 1 big squad and maybe get some hounds.

What kinds of armies are you hoping to fight?

i have seen basic ten man kroot units work wonders. especially if you just hole them up in terrain and watch as your enemy spends turn after turn shooting them... all for a 70pt unit!

i think your crisis suit is a bit odd. bs 4 AND twin linked... (this looks like you are used to playing as marines to me!) i would prefer the added shots from a missile pod personally... though that would require a multi tracker (though it could be hard wired)

one thing i will say is to add a team leader and bonding knife to your stealths. ALWAYS!

your xv88 also seems a bit out of place in an other wise mobile list. im sure those points are better spent in other ways. a lone static broadside tends to get avoided pretty easily by mobile tanks... especially if your opponent knows what hes up to.
