I just wondered what peoples thoughts were about using Commander R'ymr now with the new codex?
I have the unpainted forgeworld model and wondering whether he would be worth using now or if i'd be better to sell him on ebay and put the money towards the new generic commander model or shadowsun.
I love his assault plasma weapon, and I thought he would be a good durable commander with his shield etc but I've done better with him when I've proxied him a generic commander with airbursting fragmentation launcher & cyclic ion blaster.
I understand that it might be the way I have played him in the past that might be at fault - which I why I ask this question [topic] in case people do you use him now and found him to be effective.
